Hope this goes to the right group, not used to replying.

One thing comes to mind after reading that post. That thing is 'why?'. What
is the interest in having more than one character if they can never interact,
and through reinc you can be basically any other type of character. As I have
seen it, the games that allow you alternate characters generally do not allow
you to change your character in any way, so the allure of it is in being able
to play a mage and a knight, and enjoy the different equipments and styles
that each of them offers. In games (such as bat) where there is a well
defined system for in essence re-creating your character, you can get the same
effect with only one character.

So it seems to me, and really I understand this is my opinion here, that the
sole allure to having a second/third/whatever character is based solely on you
being too lazy to reinc when you want to play a class different from what you
are currently in, OR so you can reap the benifits of making money with cart
items while raking in exp as a barb. You have the ability to do any type of
character here, why ask for something that will bring absoulutely no benefit
to the game merely because you are lazy? I just do not understand. SOrry if
none of this makes sense.
