cant be done since those that are not in the hiking event can still relo to
those that are and cast vw at them. just to many ways to abuse this.
Then why not make it so that by hitting first checkpoint in the event, the
player gets heavyweighted, can't be relocced to, and gets some sort of temp
system similar to our new sp-toy-fixer system (remove non-tick epr)
