Sure yeah, grab a few bard levels. Lets see, 15 levels to get all background
and guild levels, 25 to complete merch, 3 for nav. and 8 for bard to get 10%
v-way.

oh, I might just want a few alch levels too.

If EP regen geear does come into existance, please don\'t exclude Civilized
from it. Not everyone has the exp to make a decent lvl 51 character.
Of course you realize that if they make epr-equipment, at least the merchant
prices will go down, quite considerably too I bet.
In any case, you won't get your regen for free, it will be downtuned to some
other places, if not by wizards, then by players who can flood the market with
faster made chests and whatnot.

Ummmmm.. what exactly would need to be tuned about epr eq honestly? So, you
buy a WHOLE set of epr eq, and let's see that gives you an extra 100 ep tick.
When you're NEGATIVE 3000 eps, I honestly don't think it's much of an uptune.
I also admit that I wouldn't spend the money on it, as there are much more
efficient ways to use your time when regenning eps. If you haven't figured
them out yet, you need to work on your merchanting skills.
