The racial forts are a mess. They are most (all?) owned by a single player,
and producing large amounts of cash to him. Also, with the huge caravan
network they have, their owner can defend the forts from wherever he wants,
making conquering them next to impossible. I seriously think the forts are
upsetting the game balance.
Therefore, I really think they need to be tuned or removed. Vote +1 if you do
agree, -1 if you think they should stay.
