If EXP levels are getting out of hand,a nd too many people have too much exp
then eliminate the exp pool.No bonus exp for anyone over level 50 and has less
more than 50 days play time int he game.
Also as a way to eliminate exp fromt he game similar to rebirth have it to
wear highbie can buy more level siwht exp. 50 megs of exp and you can push
your character to level 101. 100 meg and you can push to 102 so on and so
forth.
