I propose new use for leadership skill. The percentage would directly
correlate to the amount of partymembers a leader could have. With leadership
100, the party could consist of 9 members. With leadership 0, you'd be stuck
to soloing!
This would tremendously uptune the crimson-guild (needed badly!).

instead of 3 by can be altered to 4 by 3 and allow a 12 man party or more! If
the Crimson dies, the party can no longer be held together and the party
disolves.

Or perhaps the formation can be altered to 2 by 4, allowing those tanks with
2nd row skills to be able to attack and if a tank dies they move up to become
the front row as opposed to the current situation of the mage tanking.

Some benefits, allowing lesser tanks to be able to be of use as secondary
tanks. Can't find two uber tanks, well four Average ones now may do!

Countered by the fact that party max is now one less. I would prefer something
along these lines as opposed to being stuck soloing cause no one has leadership
ability :P

Instead of the 2x4 system, we should create a system where instead of a grid,
we just create a column, ranked 1-9, and the ones towards the front of the
column take more damage than the ones towards the back.
