Since idea command seems to be working like intented i need to submit my
quality idea for always so friendly peer review.

There has been some talk about too easy eqs like aegis(3h 40min feli run), and
i would like to suggest that dragomir shield would get that nifty feather
weight block which would keep it _in tune_ with it rumoured 45min kill time
