We still have few guilds that more or less offer everything from the moment
you reach the final level and you don't get much better.
That's so 2000.

We also have more and more of guilds where you need to be 12 year old
enthuastic or own few chinese grinders to gain reputation or what ever it is
called in that particular guild.
That is so 2011.

What we really need, is guilds that offer huge advantages in the first, lets
say 30 days, after reaching the final level. Reincs keep rolling, exp and
money is burning, eq markets are set on fire and people will whine about reinc
costs, because now it would actually make sense.
