Mind giving us an example of this? From the stats I've seen, some
armors are a bit more expensive (as they provide better coverage) and
some have lost a bit of value (since they aren't that useful as
armor, naturally magical bonuses increase the worth again), but just
based on those stats I'm not able to see how something worth 3-5k in
a shop would have dropped to the 100g range.

At least I did a bit of testing with druidpool-items.
I used to get ~500 points from purdahs from Nishapur, now they were worth 13
points.
The student in Kilrathi used to give 600-1000 points for his robe, now it gave
me about 20.
Even "armours" have suffered, Nelsons armour from the orc-treehouse offered me
~40 points instead of the usual 400, which I found the weirdest part of this
tune.

Here is an example.

88 a blue pakistan purdah <red glow>

That item used to be in the 2-3k range when sold at shadowkeep. That was its
price when just checked at the same shop. I am not ocmplaining, just
displaying the proof that Gore asked for. I am sure other items in most
people's normal cash run are affected thusly.

Haven't actually found one armor item that isn't affected, but haven't tried
hard enough.. Money downgrade in 20-95% range for me, although I never
bothered to do money runs anyway so it hardly matters.

The value of your basic trash armour more or less reflects its
properties as an armour. Under current system for example a robe
is not much of an armour, like it used to be (due to its simply
enormous size). All armours were affected because the new armour
system if quite different from the previous one.

I am sorry if i did ruin your cashrun, but i am quite certain that
you will find a new one shortly, perhaps even a better one. If this
proves to be impossible things can be changed later on. I'd be
looking for real armours to fund my reincs rather than something
you'd wear after you have taken a bath.. ,)

Even ok armors costs less, nullium full plate from magician of good +2con or
so costs 2k less then it used too. copper breastplate from drawbridge costs
800gp less.

This is good, since money income has been cut down, maybe now people will find
it easier to make their own eqs and not just run cashruns(as robots) and buy
gears from sales.

On the other hand, try to find mobs you can rape for cash in the new
situation. Running all the same cash runs for over 5 years, must be boring,
you should be happy you face an opportunity to explore something more than
Digga's bunnies, twisted chain, chessboard and orc scout tree :)

Lets face it, cash was too easy anyway so I welcome this tune.
