Starting at reboot, reagents can be used loose again. That means you can
extract them from pouches, amongst other things. Some syntax on some items
have changed to take this into account.

Bear in mind that pouches are still the best place to have, keep, and use
reagents. A handful of reagents won't save in a chest, nor will they save on
you if crash comes.

There may be some bugs due to this change. I will look at any bug reports
starting after reboot. I will not look at any that happen today.
