Monsters IP is different from mortal IP because they all log in from the same
place. Multiplayer rules don't apply since...oh, wait, you were talking about
Iron Palm. Ooooh that makes more sense now.
Any experienced player knows enough about monster skill/spell timing to know
not to rock the boat on this issue. Time basically any other skill in combat
and you'll see what I'm talking about. Most monsters are also slow casters too
(yes, there are exceptions, but they're easy to spot). I don't think that
monsters having a special bonus when it comes to iron palm, a very specific
skill with a damage cap, is all that important. If I thought it was important,
I would give all monsters a 1-round edge in _all_ skills to make up for the
fact that they don't get to do "east-delim-use iron palm at mortal".
