So, for something I\'ve been thinking about doing for a while and am, finally,
starting to actually do something about... I need information on skills,
spells, what guilds gets what skills / spells to what %tage at what level,
etc, in a \"good\", machine-processable form. Something marked-up
in an SGML (XML)-ish fashion would be idea I think, because that is nice and
structured and regular in form. (Note, HTML markup is NOT sufficient for my
needs, that just provides layout, and I need semantic information beyond what
HTML can provide.)

Does anyone already have this sort of stuff in a form I can use? Failing
that, if I create this for myself, does anyone else (like and especially the
wizzes) want access to it for their own purposes?
