Oh well, here i am again. IT WAS ABOUT TIME that something was done to parry,
everyone ran around with parry 51 prior to this, it has been that way until
this day from the distant past when time wasn't even invented yet. I see this
only as a good thing. HAIL HAIL HAIL AND PARRY!
