Stun making you hit minimum 1/round isn't really a terribly good
idea, instead it should just affect the attack speed.
Some numbers:
Deocide (decent midbie weapon, around 2m worth)
Keeper (lance, mainly castertoy, compares over deocide, titan-wieldable, 4m)
Kraftigar ("best" gettable polearm, compares best of the three, 10-20m)
Following tests with naked reaver, numbers are just rough estimates,
but the ratious should be about right.
Kraftigar hits 2/3 rounds, doing ~crater (shred / 90? dam)
Deocide hits 1/2 rounds, doing ~cavitate(hshred / 110? dam)
Keeper hits 1/3 rounds, doing ~shaft (slash / 150? dam)
Nonstun: Krafti 60dam/round, Deocide 55dam/round, Keeper 50dam/round,
quite as expected.
In any off-parties where all mobs are stunned all the time,
keeper does that 150dam/round, a big difference compared to
the "good" polearm, kraftigar, doing mere 90dam/round.
Now add second keeper, some +dam set (yes, 150dam/round/hand naked).
Do I see more people rebirthing to titans for the Keepers soon?
