Nowadays if you go ld, your equipments worn will be saved (not always, bugs
sometimes), but just had a thought one day... What if you're away from game
for month or so, and there comes force reincarnation? In reincarnation the
items won't be saved, so... Not that it's great loss for those who chest their
stuff just in case, but just thinking of those who has this kind of unheard
accident.

I believe that reincarnation is now setup so that if you happen to do so with
your equipment on, it will all be magically transported to your starting
location. So on the rare chance that the force reincarnation does happen, all
your stuff will be safe, unless your starting location is something like
church/pleasantville

Goody goody, didn't know that. Not big things happened, lost twice my
christmas hat although had it worn (as in never remove it and always on keep
list) and went ld, but didn't find it from gnome warehouse either.

For those multiple and multiple tells, no, I wasn't referring that you'd die
in old age when going ld (what were you thinking?), more likely for some game
update where people change the system or something. I had long vacation at
some point, but I could handle it, was just wondering about this thing
yesterday when was having a pizza with other mudder. So, no biggies, my hats
are gone, one guy's armour is gone, but not complaining, just wondering why
they weren't saved.
