I think there is a problem when someone dumps a city next to an area, then
someone dumps one even closer. Heck, why not allow 8 people to build cities
surrounding an area so the only way to get into the area is to pass through
one of the cities? I feel the city placed next to Twisted Temple north of
Rilynttar is too close. Please dest the city and banish the player for
purposely taking advantage of the circumstances and making the game less fun.

yes, and if you dest that one, dest the one that was put 1w of newbie mines
while there was already one 2s or so.

It should not be possible to place a city next to an area. At the moment
it looks like the code that should check it, is bugging. We'll fix that
and deal with the pcitys (I am aware of one currently) that are located
too close to the areas.

i dont own or have anything to do with the city next to twisted but if that
were even to be an issue being debated then i think a few otehr cities should
be blown to hell too as ive seena few cities 'pop up' that do exactly the
same thing , i had this problem a couple of years ago , and its the same then
as it is now , there are not enough clarification 'set in stone rules' about
where cities should be built , other then not blocking an area , 'IF' this is
a problem then this is due to lack of the affore said 'clarification', if not
, and exactly how i was told , (by an arch (who are always right)) 'The city
does not break any rules , so stop you bitching and live with it'

Is this dest thing so rooted on game?Is only option to make things go Poof?
arent those city cordinates just few bytes, easy to shift around and next time
city appears on other place.or just give new marker that would replaceplace
city to that location and then next boot would move city contents to new
location.
City and rooms near good areas sure is benefical, but if you start desting
them, what does happends to people who have rooms bought there?

Dont go hiding behind that \"i dont have city so its nor my problem\" attitude,
or \"why did they get room from such city that gets dested\"
Its not their fault who get/buy rooms from city to get punished from taking
advantage of good place. i wouldnt buy room from some backwater, since getting
back there without magical means takes long/ep\'s that might be not available.
And yes, not everyone has starting location on room where chests/own room(s)
are.
