I agree 100% that there should be consequences for informing a target of his
status, but I feel the punishment should be dealt from within the guild. I
also feel that when a tiger himself becomes a mission that he should know.
Afterall, it is a guild...a 'brotherhood' of assassins. On the same note, he
who hires a guild against its own members should have to do so by self
sacrifice. And since I'm one to speak my piece, I don't feel that it is
appropriate that one guild should have a skill to be immune to another guild
(loc). In the name of balance, I propose Tigers recieve a skill that makes
them immune to locblades or nun spells.

As far as I know the punishment for revealing targets status to the target is
banishment from the guild for a long time... or simiral thing - altho
dragoness havent been giving those for a long time (or I dont know) but
atleast it used to be like that... ?

More missions, more kills, less conversation, less rules.

Balthas you are wrong, read 1st rule in tiger guild, punishment for revealing
mission is 1 or more "free" missions put on you, where tigers don't get paid
but you are a mission, Dragoness/Whoever calls them "practice missions".
Banishment is the 2nd level of punishment for tigers who actively aid targets
against other targets. However, it is not illegal to kill tigers who are going
after targets, if you are trying to stop them from stealing your target, every
assassin for himself!

These are my random ramblings on the Tiger mission topic. They are not
some ultimate truth or official policy by any means.

I'm aware that the creator of the Tiger guild has certain wishes for
how the guild should operate, including not informing people outside
the guild if they are the subject of a mission or not. For the same
atmospheric reasons, agreeing on tiger kills has not been allowed.

The reason for this is clear - the creator of the guild has wanted to
maintain a certain atmosphere (I dread to use the word roleplay). I
think that is fine, but unless the guild polices itself or its
creator becomes active to monitor what is happening, there is very
little I will do to punish anybody (and I think that's probably true
for most of us admins). It's a bit far fetched to assume that every
admin on BatMUD would somehow want to enforce roleplaying in certain
guilds.

So while you are free to punish the tiger who leaks such information,
I doubt it will do much good to fill the newsgroups about these
incidents. I atleast will not do anything about these individual cases.
In the long run, it could lead to a change in the tiger mission system.
