Please send _all_ bugreports in english. Even when you're sending
them to a finnish wiz, the person actually fixing it might well
be english. And the target might go away, and the bug lingers
if the next responsible person might not be finnish (or swedish,
russian, or whatever language the reports come, but so far I've
only seen english and finnish bugreports though).

Also, bugreports are echoed to online wizards, so if the bug is easy
to fix, or severe enough, some online wiz might well attend to it
immeditially, if they just understand it...
