attacks like 90%! and centaurs shouldn't be able to wear leggings/boots anyway

Well centaurs need downtune for sure, perhaps give them 70% spellmax and -20
wis, or light requirement or somesuch! Some of those others need uptunes too,
and drow needs +5-10% exp, and Moomin for sure needs a HUGE downtune/mitigator,
compared moomin to vampire, moomin is better, and vampire is a rebirth 2 race
with horrid exprate, light requirement (darkness), and a water alergy, while
moomin lives happily, downtune exprate in moomin or some other thing, like
requirement for good alignment, or requirement for light, too suffeli atm!
