Since Twomi obliterated his website, I put the map up in:

If somebody tells me that I did something illegal or I'm violating
some rights, I'll remove it.

Seemingly I did something illegal in here. The map is removed.
I'll see if I can make a new one from scratch, or if somebody has
a good map with captions, I'll be glad to publish it in there.
