Here are my observations on some effect of recent changes. I'm not flaming
anyone or bitching but like everything else here people are likely to take it
the wrong way. To expect otherwise is denial of a grand order.

First of all, thanks to all the coders for all the time you've put into this
game now and over the years. Without your efforts this world would literally
not exist. I'm not ass kissing here, I like a lot of aspects of this game. I
wouldn't have spent so many years here if didn't. Just remember that we only
whine because we care. If we didn't care about your efforts, we would just
leave and never come back.

Tarmalen guild - The situation with how the spells to bring people back to
life are going to put a serious crimp in playability for not only the tarms
who do most of the idle ressing. Sure, people whine about lazy tarms blah blah
blah but when you're soloing and you get your ass kicked by a mob, who is
there to bring you back to life? Any decent tarm is going to heal you, remove
your scars and maybe even unpain and unstun you before sending you off on your
way to deal more death. With the way these spells work in the world now, if
you don't get brought back to life on the continent where you died, you don't
get these additional options for services. The person being brought back to
life is left to recover on their own and the tarm will most likely not get a
tip and the warm fuzzy feeling of having helped another player. The argument
can be made that you should take ress from someone on your continent but many
times it's hard enough finding someone to cast at all, let alone expect them
to be on the continent where you died. Honetly, I don't have any good
suggestions for this other than letting people ress where their casting tarm
is located. Someone suggested that death would be used for intercontinental
travel if that were case. I don't know if it would or not. I personally don't
think that it would be used en masse. Perhaps something could be implemented
to discourage it, like longer death stats if you get ress from another
continent? I'm just speculating at this point. I'm seeing it from the point of
the tarmalen as I just reinced to tarm recently and only noticed that the
person I raised wasn't in the room when my heal spell wasn't hitting a target
and scrolling back didn't reveal them leaving the room.
