Did any mortals get asked how they would like to see ships implemented? Did
any mortals get asked if they would like to be forced to idle for 3mins here,
3mins there, 8mins here, 15mins there?
I really really really do not understand the limits on travel that have been
imposed on this mud. It just frustrates me and makes me not want to play here.
Oh well, I guess as Era says I'm some kind of noob. Shrug, whatever. I know
these changes aren't going to attract a significant increase in new players;
to some extent existing players have stopped playing. I guess I'm just moaning
and there is no point apart from this: when I want to idle, I'm happy idling;
when I want to play I don't want to be forced into idling.

Hmm i dissagree i think altho we're forced to wait some the spirit of playing
has increased for example u can get to areas which u normally didn't go to
becouse they are near the road etc..
altho u need to wait few min for the ferry i guess that just encourages u to
get ship or wanderers which is a new aspect of the playing this mud so i like
it ...
ps prolly better to just ignore this post due to too many beers
