My only question regarding this is can people who have the actual quest credit
already get another, not-flawed one if they do it again, assuming they are
under the quest level. I did the quest legitamately, as far as I was able to
figure out, and performed all the parts my self, all without knowing you could
get a 'flawed' reward. I would be very upset to find out that I could not
recieve a real one, because I already had the quest.

flawed product must rebirth first to get a another go

Uhh, did you mean reinc instead of rebirth? Or is enchanted cloak quest
like the dodge staff quest?
