Dear wizards, I almost wanted to post this to flame but since I'm in a good
mood and don't want any trouble, any schedule on the pcity special item
lottery that "is yet to be decided and will not be announced till January
1st"? Would be interested to see the results although I'm not even a city
owner myself. Thanks in advance.

but... Here's a private conversation between me and a wizard who knows
something about this matter. It's cencored and slightly edited, I don't want
to break any ethics by revealing who it was. But anyhow, almost direct quote:
