53% explore-> 53%spell max
The only problem there, is think about the newbies who we get to come to this
game. They would be stuck with 1 maybe 2% skillmax? If this idea is really
that great, make it maybe immune to players under say 30?days or so, just so
they have time to get on their feet before getting truly screwed over.
And then, think about the different races, who would play a race such as dwarf
if your skillmax is only your explore count?
