This minor patch release is being issued so soon after last one due to the
changes introduced in 'show effects'. These changes broke the prot tracker
module compatibility, which has been fixed in this release.

Additionally, the prot tracker's output stays now more consistent (and thus
easier to read) as the column order of prots will always be the same. Also, a
new command "/protform" has been implemented to save the current party
formation into a separate prot formation, which is useful due to possible
sudden jumbling of party formation during parties due to deaths, etc. Refer to
the manual for more information.
