Just a quick bugfix release to address some problems that have been reported
about 0.6.12.8.
- /protform actually works now as expected.
- 'show effects' support in prot tracker now avoids problems with different
locales (thanks to Dockuolema for bringing this to my attention.)
- Number of new spellwords have been added to spellwords translator module.
Get it from http://tnsp.org/~ccr/ggrtf/ as usual.
