Yowas!

Did some changes to the eqsim section:
- Added alch rings (bard instuments sometime)
- Added specials for alex amu, sera shoes
- Parry, dodge, tiger claw, martial arts eqs added
- Hiding option for the entire thing if you dislike the spam
- sub weights for sets
- and lots of small fixes.

However, the latest addition was the biggest of all.
You can now filter eqs based on Spr, Wis, Int,
Off (Str,hit,dam,claw,marts) and Def (con,dex,pr,avoid,d/p)

Should something not work or an eq not show in the lists,
please let me know.
