We expect the party be running like 3 hours and we need people to sacrifice
themselves steadily the whole time.

Awards:
50k per player for below lvl 50
100k per player for lvl 50 and above

In lottery every player gets equal number of shares to their current level.
Lvl 60 player would get 60 shares and so on.;

15 million of cash split in number of chunks!
