Please increase the cast harm percentage for tigers from 66 to say 80+.
I still do not understand the logic of having a primary spell that is not
supported by the appropriate cast skill.
Or change it from harm to another type Cast (XXX). You can also tie the rest
of the tiger spells to this as well like the following to guilds.
Reavers have cast destruction to 100% and all there spells...
Chaos Guilds have cast chaos to 100% and all of there spells...

P.S. Please dont tell me that changes are coming this is a small fix until the
so called changes happen (if ever).
