I understand wizard point of view to this matter as
the player side of view. I think one problem here
is that anger clouds judgement and rather than making
good suggestions people turns this chat into fighting,
therefore not making much of progress as developing
the gameplay with good ideas.

Heres few suggestions with perspective.
Cityguards cost money, thats ok.
A single cityguard that could manage against topend
player nowadays cost closer to 16-25m to hire.
You also need several em, so make it 10x guards.
And lets not forget that you need several rooms of
em so make that triple atleast.
I would have to say, thats some 1% of players
who have played for ten years or more to get such def.
Also you need experience to give your guards the
proper skills and spells, this is what newbie players
dont have.

I would say cityguards lack entirely
the wholealot of basic skills like masteries and
basic fighting skills. (whats the harm if guards
have the masteries or basic passive skills anyway?
Why not just choose the spells and offensive skills)
Single guard to fix costs atleast 10times too much
that it should. Would be great if some could look
into cityguards again anyway!

This is a good opportunity for some few to abuse.
Rather than spend their time making the equiptment
they resolve to stealing, it is way too easy.
People just cant affort to buy defense for themselves.

Problem on the develpment side is that you must have
lost focus what is possible for players who have spend
here amazing amount of time. And I dont think you guys
afford to lose players, so its worth looking into.

Also just to say about Blaykes comments.. I think he
rather admitted that his fist could be out of control
should he meet a man who stole his 10years of sitting
on his ass by his computer in one day. If you would
come to situation of just feeling you lost 10years
of what ever you did, well you would you feal?
That was not a threat, just human nature he admits.
He is no buddha it seems. And hardly any of us is
for that matter should you find your chests emphty
