Its now been a week and a few days that donations were opened to recieve
items for the Newbie Giveaway. The participation from players of the game has
been truely outstanding. I want to thank everyone that has donated items. With
only a few days left to donate it seems we are a little behind the pace set
last year at this time.
My last post had a large number of players listed that had opened the
first week of donations. I am happy to add 22 more names to the list for a
total of 66 great players of this game that have donated to the Newbie
Giveaway so far. those 22 players are: Sloppy, Floppy, Bazil, Hannibal, Crawe,
Goodgulf, Jantsu, Ssmud, Zard, Azagoth, Nikana, Axl, Faisel, Aga, Haydn, Vith,
Arno, Ekkivekki, Ottie, Fosforos, Merc and Amd. Many thanks to you all for
helping this event for the newbie's a smash again this year!
I will be accepting donations through boot on Friday April 13th, 2012.
The Newbie Giveaway will begin on Saturday April 14th, 2012 @ 2000 hrs (8pm
CST).
This year with a couple of days yet to recieve donations should make the
event even larger than last year. And with a little more help we will attain
that goal. So please take a minute and think back to when we were newbies and
how hard it was back then to move forward in this game. Lets help the willing
enter that realm a tiny bit easier. After all this is BatMUD (the greatest mud
