If you scale Finland's medal count up linearly by the ratio of populations,
they would have...173.524 total medals. Or, scale the US's down to Finland's
population, and we have 1.798 medals. Either way, Finland wins by a healthy
66% margin.
So...the country that freaking invented beach volleyball and basketball got
their proportional butts kicked in the SUMMER Olympics by a country that has
like 15 days of summer, drinks heavily, and has notoriously bad javelin aim.
