So if this is true, what about people who did the quest before fix and still
got flawed suit, can they request quest reset?
Also does that mean that certain items like henry awards are getting same
treatment in near future, or if the issue was our beloved kharims, how about
just banning the item from swordmaking?

I'm still fairly clueless what the issue here is, but since I believe I was in
those various wizzes mentioned in the previous post, I can just offer my own
point of view. I will try to address this issue from my point of view by
commenting the news posts that have been referred here. In updates 453, Mr.
Shinarae tells he has fixed some bug. This is from year 2007 so I have no idea
what bug has occurred five years ago and I doubt whether Mr. Shinarae
remembers this either, so on my behalf I cannot really comment on this.
Regarding post by Mr. Kohothegreat, general 3498:
1) Quest reset: I won't be giving any quest resets. Ask/wear someone/thing
else.
2) Henry awards? Same treatment? Same as what? My information is limited to
"bug was fixed a few months ago" when I fixed something. So to reply: yes, we
will attempt to fix bugs when they're reported.
3) Kharim related? Am I now supposed to ban some Henry stuff or silver
battlesuits from swordmaking? I'm sincerely sorry but I assure that I have no
clue how Kharims are related to a bug in silver battlesuit quest. If there's
some conspiracy theory, it eludes me.
As what comes to this post by Mr. Kohothegreat where I'm replying to (general
3499), it refers to some old post from five years ago and says that this
current post now refers to that old one and then there are two previous ones
which are something about Henry and Kharim. After several tells and newsposts,
I seriously don't have any clue what this discussion is about. If someone
wants some more clarified answer to this whole dilemma, then please stop
addressing the issue like you were writing a screenplay for David Lynch's
movie.

and Shinarae fixes it actually check your level, but leaves sbs doable as eq.

-then you fix something and say something on tunes channel, people who did not
see it are left to speculating what is fixed when they noticed that gasp it is
actually possible to get non flawed suit(one specualtion being like that there
needs to be guy in party _without_ quest)
-"so if this true" part suggest that if it now requires guys _without_ quest
it lefts those guys who did the quest between freld and you fix little strange
position.
-Rest of the stuff is specullation what has done and why it has been done(like

-all this drama could have been avoided if there would be more informs, so
people could report stuff before bruteforcing everything after changes
