Reason why im writing this 'whine' mail is that my character got removed from
the game by Juggelo. This in general is nothing new to the game, removal of
characters happen every now and then within the game, and as far as i know
these removals
happen when ingame threats or bad behavior or in general badmud rules have
been
Generally the help file states that an archwizard doesen't have to explain the
reason
nor is accounted for his action and therefore gives the wizard the right to do
as he
wants without any penalties. This said, i think the rule was implemented
concerning ingame
issues rather than applying it into real life personal matters.
The reason im addressing this issue is because me and Juggelo have been
friends for
quite many years, and as it happens last weekend we sadly ended up having an
argument
And as an result this ended up severing our friendship. I don't feel the need
to go into
details, as i explained to juggelo this is a private matter and told him if he
has issues he
should either work them out with me if he likes, or as i suggested leave it be
and we go our
seperate ways. He's response to this was the removal of my character in
Batmud. Day after
i confronted him about this matter and very politely asked him to return my
character since this
is in no matter or way Batmud related issue, our personal lives should not
reach or end up in Batmud.
He was reluctant to do so, and referred to the rule. I then stated that what
he is doing is petty and this
issue has nothing to do with batmud, and i would either take this matter to
another arch or make it public.
To this he's general response was if i i'll be quiet, cause no harm and go
away he just might consider giving my character back.
I realize there's no point for me to wait to get my character back, nor would
i wan't to play anymore under
the fear that any given time when Mr. Juggelo get's another whim he might just
remove my character again.
I've broken no Batmud related rules, nor was Batmud in anyway the topic of the
argument, So to me This
seems like a very petty way to use Batmud as a tool to carry out an personal
revenge towards me.
Many of us have played this game for many years and Batmud itself is a
community and we entrust the running of the
game to immortals, wizards and archwizards alike. And we expect them to treat
us atleast with some level of justice and general
respect in mind, and of course the door swings both ways.
My gaming has came to end but as i said, this is a community, I feel
mistreated by Juggelo, and i feel he as overstepped

Without taking any side (yet) I can tell you the community is waiting for the
afteraffects with very much interest.

In any outcome: Best wishes for you Kirya - was a blast!

Let me repeat a portion of your later sensible posting:

"The non-disclosure lines related to removes are important, if you consider
that removes are related to abusing of game mechanics to harm the game it is
not always smart to reveal every detail. Also full disclosure in misdoings
against other player in-game might slander here either parties or give out too
much RL-info if remove was related to RL-threats. This all is about common
sense and thus rules/laws always expect people in deciding position to have
some."

The details of the given actions are not open for public disclosure and have
been handled by proper authorities in related realms. Examining the validity
of lies would be insane and definitely out of scope of this medium.
