Exp tune system seems to be ok. I was planning to run 1h / each continent but
managed to visit only 3 of them. There seem to be plenty of mobs what are in
good global tune!

Even when one guild is blatantly overtuned and can make ends meet with some
specific targets it doesn't mean the system globally is optimal...

Its another topic unrelated to this why for one guild, pets are acceptable to
outperform equivalent to better than player characters when for all others it
is not... and even in that context get multiple.
