Hello Mages.

A new mastery system for mages has been implemented. Casting the
major type spell of each type helps you towards learning true
essence of the element. As your understanding to the element
increases so does your efficeincy in delivering the desired effect,
and then some.. Needless to say, mastering an element takes considerable
amount of time and effort.

There is also a leadership system implemented. Each element will have
a leader and the one most prominent will lead the whole guild. The
leaders will be chosen after a period of time not yet decided upon.

Lists of most powerfull bursts of elemental damage are recorded and
names of the top blasters will be visible for the whole world to marvel
upon.

The formulas were modified, stats, masteries, .. .. should now
affect considerably more.
