This was already on the guild channel, but I'm punching together a material
mastery system for merchants. Basically, if you don't want to fumble and want
to produce higher quality materials, you will need to work with that
material(type).
So, example: One mines, amalgamates and refines lots of iron. One gains 'lots'
of reputation for working with iron, and 'some' for working with metals
overall. As one gains more reputation, one becomes less and less prone to
fumbles, and will produce better and better materials.
