I've had a couple, maybe 3, complaints from people that they did 1000 torches
and didn't get the quest. I briefly looked over the code and I didn't see why
this happens. I am assuming these people are not idiots; therefore, until I
post otherwise you should attempt torch 1000 quest with the knowledge that it
may not give it to you. If you don't want to possibly waste your time, then
don't attempt the quest.
