I have just finished creating a module listing server. As part of this change,
I changed how shipbuilding queries what features a ship is allowed to have
(and also changed a shop in Silver Lake). Please try to find any bugs with the
new changes; and make sure to REPORT them. Failure to report could have
unpleasant side effects }:)

But on to the benefits:
The console on your ship's helm will now list what modules your ship has (and
can have) when you do 'console info'.
Shipbuilders may view this module listing for any ships they are allowed to
work on, either from their shipyards or through the remote 'sailor shipyard'
command. This depends on your shipyards having the newly updated code, so will
not be available to all shipbuilders until after boot.
