So now that we get thrown around a bit when jumping overboard, this creates
some other problems:
* Sometimes you can get thrown into a room you normally can't enter, causing
you to get damaged+banished.
* If you're anchored in ocean (~ rooms), you can't use a hatch or gangway, so
to get off your ship you're going to have to wander around searching for the
ship again (because these massive airships are obviously so much harder to see
than that ant 3 rooms away).
* Current bugs seem to throw you into random exits, meaning you sometimes end
up right back on the ship you started from if your hold was open...or maybe
you get put into a room such as that un-enterable room at silverlake entrance,
meaning you get banished halfway across the map and reduced to lowhps. My
favorite would be to take 2 tries to summon people to the room just inside
oysteria. if you get the 50/50 chance they land in the vortex, they'll be
stuck there unsummable and cant move till a wiz pulls them out.
Overall, I think this change is pretty lame. I see that the cause for the tune
is people doing pkills from ships, but this only sidesteps the issue and makes
other things a fair deal worse. We had a similar issue with pcity guards, and
managed to make changes to the summon spell rather than just removing guards
or whatever...and there are other ways to safely summon people to aggro mobs
still around as well...
