something that might increase motivation of younger characters

1/all of us havent tp.s -> maybe new option in reinc process would give them
some joy. Option would be like this: Do y want use your possible TP:s in this
reinc YES-> nothing changes NO->cant use those even having and player would
get random full/half boon (random or something related backround), this would
increase variety inside races too.
2/some level restricted area have "big monsies" with some minor eq. Its known
that it is not easy to collect party for those mobs. And it often painful even
to kill those. So i suggest that work is rewarded and some of those eqs would
be uptuned somehow even with random stats. Think about situation if someone
gets 6+man party full of under 50lvs and use 1-2h time to kill mob with ring
+2avoid. Idont mean that there should be lots of changes but somehow it would
be nice to see low/midpies to have/sell something that only they can do and
maybe use it later when they have grown.
my last poor suggestion 3/ this has been suggested before nut nevertheless..
i feel pity for those merchants with these money etc tunes, give us back
reincexp-potions. Maybe merchants can made new ones.. with some restrictions
like one per boot, it might be 1-10% by power, its worky or soemthing.. and if
someone says that its good tune for those with lots of exp.. put level limit.
And remember reincs are one nice and motivation creative power so fear of lose
some exp without possibility to gain it back is one factor, which reduces
reincs... and someones who have ruin their reinc with mistakes maybe wont take
it so seriously (yeah, say that they have earned that but this should not be
so serious...let all flowers be in bloom)
