Give crimsons greater taunt, make it work well, make it work for a certain
duration or something. Make it possible to have one tank taking all the hits
and others getting away with hitti hard, deffing badly. Give some guilds
skills to lessen their aggro, to make them less likely to be selected targets.

This way you could have lesser tanks in frontrow doing damage, having some in
offensive mode and others in defensive mode. It gets sort of boring having to
have tanks in defensivemode, and let the backrows do the damage. ( and
ofcourse, hybrids have other things going on besides tanking, healing,
boosting, habodamage etc).
