We get training points when we advance levels. Those points can be used to
train stats only. How about if we could train skillmax and spellmax also? This
would bring more versatility and make some races more playable. The cost
should be tuned so that every race wouldn't get 100 skillmax and spellmax of
course, but I think this would add more race options for people.
