Yea yea yea torch creation quests are for catching cheaters but anyway, I'd
like to see 'make 50000 super torches and get 50% of your reinced exp back!'
Of course this quest would be doable after every reinc, and all backgrounds
would get 5% of that skill, super torch creation, which fails 98% of the time.
I'd consider this rather challenging and shouldn't be too hard to code!
