suggestion for addition to hear noises:
when used in the outworld, would indicate in rough directions which
way noises were heard.
"use hear noises" : "You hear the sounds of a creature to the north and east"
"You hear the sounds of movement to the south and east" etc.
no arguement(dir) needed for this use.
