Well, I retract my previous post. Civmages already get lower tier area spells,
so higher tier at low % would probably be redudant.
It would be nice to see CivMages possess skills people would reasonably expect
them to have, and that give them a little variety and usefulness, though.
There are very few civmages atm.
Some sort of basic prot like Force Absorption would be nice, or possibly
something different like Reflector Shield.
Also how about a field spell like Rain? It would seem to make sense that a
civilized mage would be able to aid farmers with watering their fields, etc.
Could limit the spells to 60% at top level, (say 3% per level, after level 5,
or somesuch), to make them useful, but prevent them from being too powerful.;;
