Could we get luxury rides, and fast ships if we paid more? Would be nice to
have regen room food etc at the ship with higher cost. Or faster ship maybe
even private with extra cost.

Sure. Just find yourself the nearest shipwright and they'll fix you up with a
nice, fast luxury ship at a higher cost.
