Is there anyway to ban players from posting on news who have been away from
the game for years, and only log on to chat? There are some players who
haven't been online forever, and then suddenly they are all over news.

How do we differentiate those who have been here physically for years, but not
mentally... from those who have been here mentally for years, but not
physically?
