Each race has a set exp rate - nothing wrong with this. However...
EAch race could have a variable exp rate based on background and guild
selection. For example, a Drow playing a nomad tank would be slightly higher
than normal...or, a barso as a magical blaster as another example.
Seems exp rate is used to handicap races and keep things balanced...would be
an interesting addition.

I've requested this change for a long time. The response I got was that it
would be too hard to implement. I don't know if that's still true, but I still
think its a kickass idea and a great way to achieve more racial diversity
here.
